The Arts Education Perception Survey (TAEPS) was a descriptive study conducted in 2005 in order to identify perceptions of arts education within Oklahoma elementary schools and their communities. The Initial survey was developed and reviewed for face validity by professionals within arts education research and is one of the most statistically accurate surveys conducted on arts education in Oklahoma.
